Changes of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at info@strollsparis.com

In case of cancellation, our refund policy is :

• 30 days (or more) before the tour dates: 100% refund*

• 29 to 14 days before the tour date: 50% refund*

• 14 to 7 days before the tour date: 25% refund*

• 6 days or less prior the tour dates: no refund

* transaction fees might apply 

 

If we bought entrance tickets in advance and paid for them for your activity (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Musee d’Orsay, etc) in the case of cancellation we will keep the amount paid for these tickets. In the case of strikes in any of the venues, the policy will be same.

Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.

REFUND
If a cancellation requires a refund of the total or partial amount, the refund will be made within 2 to 4 weeks after the cancellation notice.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Weather conditions are not considered a reason for any refund. Nevertheless if the activity or a part of it can not be delivered because of weather conditions, we will do our best to adapt the activity or change the date of it according to our availability.
